Shipping costs are order specific, regardless of the quantity or value of the products included in the order. The order is to be delivered in one delivery. Please note, however, that the order may be split into several deliveries due to, for example, the availability, weight or size of the products.

Please always include the recipient’s telephone number with the order. The order will be delivered to the pick-up point selected when you placed your order. When you have received the text or e-mail message notification sent to the telephone number provided you will be able to collect your order.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is about 5–10 working days, and product-specific exceptions to this (if any) will be stated in the product information. ITAI is not liable for any changes to the delivery time or the consequences for the customer. Please note that sometimes delivery can take longer due to the delivery partner’s high volumes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Please note that the final delivery time may be affected by the customs clearance process in your country.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
ITAI does not cover customs duties, taxes, or any additional charges that may arise during import. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price listed on our website.

RETURNS

If you notice any damage upon receiving the package, we kindly ask you to contact us at support@itaishop.com so that we can respond as quickly as possible and resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@itaishop.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we will communicate to you via e-mail.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
